The Branding feature allows users to customize the appearance of their application by adding logos, changing colors, and modifying other visual elements to align with their company's brand identity. Branding applies to the Chat experience only.

Accessing the Feature

To access the Branding feature, go to "Admin" from the main menu and choose "Branding" from the left navigation.

Color Scheme

Primary Color

The primary color is the color used to show any selections and primary actions in the Chat experience

In the Branding section, click on the 'Primary Color' option.
Use the color picker to select your desired color or enter the hex code.
Click 'Save' to apply the primary color, which will be used to denote all primary actions in the UI.

Left Side Navigation Bar

The left navigation bar color changes the color of the left most panel in the Chat experience.

Click on the 'Navigation Bar Color' option.
Use the color picker to select your desired color or enter the hex code.
Click 'Save' to apply the changes to the left side navigation bar.

Browser

Browser controls the favicon for the browser.

In the Branding section, find the 'Favicon' option.
Click on 'Upload Icon'.
Select the icon file from your computer.
Click 'Open' to upload the favicon.

Login

In the Branding section, navigate to 'Login Page Customization'.
Choose the background color:
- Click on the 'Background Color' option.
- Use the color picker to select your desired color or enter the hex code.
- Click 'Save' to apply the background color.
Replace the Max image:
- Click on 'Upload Image'.
- Select the image file from your computer.
- Click 'Open' to upload the image.
Set a Greeting:
- Enter the greeting text in the 'Greeting' field.
- Click 'Save' to apply the greeting message.

Email

Emails allows for control of the images on emails that Max sends.

In the Branding section, navigate to 'Email Customization'.
Remove the Max branded banner images:
- Click on 'Remove Banner Image'.
Upload your own images:
- Click on 'Upload Image'.
- Select the image file from your computer (recommended resolution: 600W X 200H).
- Click 'Open' to upload the image.
