Share Connection
Sharing a Connection allows users to control who can access and modify the connection and its associated Datasets. Connections can be shared either with individual users or with a group of users, providing flexibility in how data access is managed across teams.
In order for users to interact with a shared Connection and its Datasets, they must also have the appropriate Data security rights. Without this permission, even if the Connection is shared, they will not be able to access or work with the underlying data.
For users building skills that utilize specific Datasets, it is generally essential that the Connections housing those Datasets are shared with them. This ensures that developers have the necessary access to the data they need for skill development, enabling smoother workflows and more efficient collaboration.
