Export Dataset

In Max, users can export a dataset, allowing it to be imported into other environments or used as a backup. This feature is particularly useful for migrating datasets between development, staging, and production environments or ensuring that a reliable backup of important data is available.

The exported dataset can be easily re-imported, ensuring consistency and flexibility when working across multiple environments.

The Export Dataset feature can be found in the top-right menu of the Dataset screen, providing easy access for users managing multiple environments.

Exporting Attributes Tables

If you would like to export the table(s) found in the columns tab of your dataset, simply go to the table you would like to export (metric or dimension), right-click on a cell (not the header), and click to export as either CSV or Excel.
