Bulk Collection Management

Where it's available:

• "View All Questions" interface from monitoring page
• Classification detail pages
• Any question browser view with multiple questions

How to use:

1. Select questions: Use checkboxes on the left side of question entries
2. Bulk action trigger: "Add [X] questions" button appears in top-right when questions are selected
3. Choose destination: Select existing collection or create a new one
4. Confirm addition: All selected questions are added simultaneously

• Efficiently organize large numbers of related questions
• Build comprehensive test suites quickly
• Group questions by issue type, user segment, or testing scenario

Strategic Collection Building

Post-Issue Resolution Testing:

1. Identify questions affected by a particular issue
2. Use multi-select to gather all related questions
3. Create a focused validation collection
4. Run tests to verify the fix worked across all affected scenarios

User Segment Analysis:

1. Filter questions by user groups
2. Multi-select questions from specific user types
3. Create collections for user-segment-specific testing
4. Analyze behavior patterns across different user groups

Regression Testing:

1. Select questions that previously failed
2. Add to "regression test" collections
3. Run regular validation to ensure fixes remain stable
4. Build comprehensive test coverage over time

Streamlined Add to Collection Workflow

The system now provides multiple convenient ways to add questions to collections:

1. From Chat Responses:

   • Look for the dedicated "Add to Collection" button beneath each assistant response
   • Click to open the collection selection modal

2. From Diagnostics Panel:

   • Access the enhanced interface in the diagnostics sidebar
   • Add questions while reviewing diagnostic information

3. From Debug Panel:

   • Available when debug mode is enabled
   • Useful for technical users during development

Using the New Modal Interface

When adding a question to a collection:

1. Click the "Add to Collection" button from any of the three locations
2. A modal dialog appears with options to:
   • Select from any existing collection via dropdown
   • Create a new collection directly from the dialog
   • View clear visual feedback with collection names
3. Confirm your selection
4. Receive immediate success feedback via toast notification
   • Click the notification to navigate directly to the collection
   • The newly added question will be highlighted for easy identification

This new workflow replaces the previous auto-add-to-default behavior, giving you full control over question organization.
